TRIPS, our web-based reservation system, you’ll

TRIPS provides the user with, among many other features,
the ability to view real time airline, hotel and
car availability, change or cancel reservations prior
to ticketing, view interactive airplane seat maps,
estimate your travel expenses up-front, and access
destination information, maps and driving directions.

Assuring
the best fares and no surprises
A complete pre-trip audit, through BTMC's CheckMate
travel quality control system, checks and saves extensive data
on each reservation and creates our Pre-Ticketing Database. BTMC
then reports to our clients before anything is ticketed, allowing
time to adjust travel, if necessary.
CheckMate’s QC module performs a variety
of quality checks on each reservation ranging from complex checks
against each client’s specific reporting requirements to
things as simple as making sure the credit card hasn’t expired.
The seat clearance module in CheckMate ensures
the preferred seat type is assigned if available and, if not, continuously
checks seat maps for the preferred seat right up until departure.
Low fare searches in CheckMate review
reservations before and after ticketing to check
for lower fares on current or alternate itineraries.
It offers options tailored to our client’s
specific needs, such as minimum savings, departure
or arrival time window, penalty fares, or alternate
airports. If a situation occurs where a flight or
class of service is sold out, BTMC can waitlist for
the desired space.

Looking for that frequent flyer upgrade? Upgrades for frequent
flyers are processed through CheckMate for carriers that
provide upgrade seat inventory in the reservation system. The advantage
of the automated system provides a check for the upgrade at the
first possible moment the flight is eligible for upgrade, not just
when an agent is available to check.

that tell the whole story
BTMC’s Castle Accounting and Reporting System features unmatched
flexibility with its Btrieve relational database. This "open
architecture" provides connectivity to industry standard reporting
tools and databases and allows us to report not only on your traveler’s
activity, but also on how we’re doing in adding value to
the travel process.
Castle includes over 100 standard reports that
can be produced in batch mode. These reports include the Executive
Summary, Travel Activity, City
Pair, Market Share, Lost
Savings, Car and Hotel reports.
Most reports can be produced in various formats to allow for easy
import into spreadsheets for detailed analysis.
Crystal Reports is used to create
custom queries and reports with color and graphics.
This powerful reporting software allows linking of
Castle tables to produce virtually any report based
on Castle’s data.
Automated Credit Card reconciliation reports
for MasterCard, Visa, American Express
and Diners are included within Castle.
